Selvennys aiempaan tekstiin

Seon vahvistuvan kehon huokaus jonka kehossani tunnen.

Clarification to the previous text

I think I wrote somehow that both need to give and receive, but a more correct form for that is that both who are in contact with each other in some way (and hope for cooperation, i.e. energy exchange) need to be open to both giving and receiving. So that what is may flow freely between us. I don't so much think that it's a voluntary thing, but as I said in the previous post, I ask every day "what can I give" and "how can I serve". After that, I become more sensitive during the day to hear the subtle guidance that comes every moment. Maybe there are times when you just can't give much to the world, that's perfectly okay. There is no obligation to constantly think about giving and receiving things, on the contrary, the less you think, the easier this is.

Guidance is always present, you just have to settle down to listen. I have found somatic and meditation exercises to be the best for this. They support each other. It's easier to calm down and the body doesn't scream its longing to feel better. But when the body's call has been heard, it has been acted upon, so quieting down to sitting meditation is much easier.

This week I started two exciting training programs, and even though my body is now screaming a little, oh, yes, the pain in this form feels somehow nice. The sigh of strengthening I feel in my body.
