My body as a compass towards I AM

I’ve noticed how much of my life has revolved around changing something. Healing. Becoming. Regulating. Transforming. Even my deepest spiritual practices have often carried the subtle assumption that there is still something within me that needs to be fixed before I can fully arrive.

I don’t say this to dismiss any of those paths. They have served me well. They have opened doors I could not have entered otherwise.

But I’m beginning to wonder whether they all belong to the same level of consciousness.

A level that still believes something is missing.

That something needs to become different.

That life will finally begin once I have healed enough, regulated enough, understood enough or surrendered enough.

What if that assumption itself is the last thing to dissolve?

The body has been teaching me something entirely different.

Not through extraordinary experiences, but through a quiet and almost ordinary remembering.

Everything is already here.

Nothing is missing.

The only thing that changes is the place from which I am looking.

When I look through the eyes of fear, I find endless reasons to improve myself, heal another wound or prepare for the life that is supposedly waiting somewhere ahead.

When I look through the eyes of awareness, nothing needs to be added. Everything is already here, I am already Home.

The whole landscape changes without the landscape itself changing at all. The lens that I’m looking through is everything.

I have started to understand why I never truly resonated with calling myself a transformation coach.

For years I believed my purpose was to help people change.

Now I wonder whether my deeper calling is simply to remind them of what has never been absent.

Not because healing is unnecessary.

But because healing is no longer the destination.

Trust is.

Trust that Life knows what it is doing.

Trust that my body is not an obstacle to consciousness but one of its most faithful expressions.

Trust that I no longer need to micromanage the movement of relationships, circumstances or even my own unfolding.

Everything that comes may come.

Everything that leaves may leave.

Life has never asked me to control its current.

Only to stop resisting it.

I find myself returning again and again to the same quiet realization.

I am not my nervous system.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not even the story of my healing.

I am the awareness within which all of it appears.

The body remains my compass, not because it tells me what to fix next, but because it continually points me back to the place where nothing has ever been missing.
