May peace be upon us all
Last night I moved through a very vivid dreamscape, circling around one core theme, knowing thyself.
Itsetunto.
How essential it is to be connected to your innermost being. And yet, it’s not something anyone can take for granted. It asks for vigilance, for devotion. But at the same time, it’s not something you can force into existence.
It’s more about stepping out of your own way and allowing the unfoldment.
Still, there are tools for this path. Life tends to bring them to us at certain thresholds. Often this process intensifies around the Saturn return, the phase society labels as a kind of crisis when approaching 30–40. But the first signs usually come earlier, as a subtle friction beneath everything:
Is this really me? Or am I just drifting with the current like a dead fish?
When these questions begin to rise, there are a few paths one can take.
One is denial.
Using energy to suppress what is true. Numbing, distracting, dissociating. Sometimes through substances, sometimes through constant doing. This path loops into suffering and deepens instability, because resistance to truth fragments the mind.
The other is to welcome the Tower.
To surrender to something greater than your own control. To step into the hero’s, or heroine’s, journey. To begin the raw, often brutal self-inquiry and allow Life to reveal who you are beneath all conditioning, inherited patterns, and learned identities.
For me, this path has unfolded through many doorways:
meditation, energy work, quantum hypnosis, constellation work, soul retrieval, astrology, human design and gene keys as mapping systems, contemplation, prayer, creating my own sadhana, devotion to the Divine will, holistic health through Chinese medicine, Ayurveda and naturopathy, conscious feeling work, nervous system awareness, somatic practices, plant medicines… to name a few.
Over the past five years, the path has started to feed itself.
There is less need to direct, to control. What remains constant is prayer, meditation, and the inner alignment that keeps me walking the middle path.
Now I find myself building something from this.
A community, a living field of co-creation, for those who feel the call to truly know themselves. A space for tools, guidance, and real peer support while walking this path.
I would genuinely love to hear your experience.
What has your journey into yourself looked like?
And if this speaks to you, would you feel called to be part of a space dedicated to this kind of unfolding?
