A simple “I love you”

This morning I was given a gift.

A quiet, immeasurable gift.

A dear friend reached across the unseen

and offered something so simple, it almost escapes the mind:

“I love you.”

And my whole body answered.

Light moving through me,

energy awakening,

tears rising without asking permission.

Just this…

feeling of connection.

How little it took and much it opened.

This person could be called a stranger on the internet.

But that would miss the truth entirely.

She is a soul sister.

A presence that moves straight into the innermost space,

wherethe physical presence losts it’s meaning. There is no time and there is no space. ”It” just ”Is”

We don’t need constant contact,

no explanations.

Still, something rare lives here.

Something deeply known.

And in that one simple message,

I felt my whole state shift.

Back into Love.

As if something pierced through the layers,

like an arrow of Amor finding its way home.

There is a purity in this connection

that almost refuses language.

Still, I try.

With these human words,

a little clumsy, a little trembling,

to say thank you.

To bow to this force.

To this being.

And to remember,

how little it truly takes

to be there for another.
